Shipping

Standard delivery to UK addresses is £3.99. These are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 service and will be sent the same day of order if received before 1pm Monday to Friday. Orders received after 1pm weekdays, weekends and bank holidays will be sent the next working day.

We provide Standard delivery to UK addresses as free for orders £80 and over.

If you would like your order faster than the standard delivery then you can upgrade delivery to Royal Mail tracked 24, at checkout. This aims to deliver next working day and is £5.99. Your order should be made by 3pm for this service, orders received after 3pm weekdays or on weekends and bank holidays will be sent the next working day.

Please note that occasionally delivery times may vary and be affected by external conditions outside of our control.

Order Tracking

All orders are tracked to your delivery point for secure delivery.

You can track the progress of your order from your account page and you will receive a tracking link in email and/or text from the courier once we have dispatched your order. Please contact us info@diverseterrain.co.uk within 7 days if you have not received your order by the due delivery so that an inquiry can be made with the courier.

Outside the UK

Currently we do not ship outside the UK Mainland but please check back for updates.
